Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support and enhance Workday Supply Chain operations within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on troubleshooting, issue resolution, system enhancements, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and consultants. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Workday Supply Chain and experience working in integrated application environments.

Application Support & Integrations
Support integrated systems including:
Par Excellence
GHX Marketplace
Nice Label
Print servers supporting receipts and packing slips
Monitor system integrations and resolve data/interface issues

Required Qualifications
4+ years of Business Analyst experience
Hands-on experience with Workday Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory,

Requisition -to-Pay)
Experience in troubleshooting ERP applications
Strong understanding of supply chain processes
Experience working with third-party vendors
Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry experience
Experience supporting warehouse operations
Knowledge of system integrations and interface troubleshooting
Experience participating in Workday upgrades
