Experience
Required:
10+ years of experience in media and marketing strategy, with strong exposure to digital, data-led planning, and omnichannel media ecosystems.
Role Overview :
The role is responsible for leading end-to-end media and communication strategy for large-scale business portfolios, driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven planning, performance optimisation, and innovative media solutions. The incumbent will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, insight-led strategies aligned with evolving consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic media planning and digital strategy across multiple brands and business categories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Develop and present high-impact strategic narratives on topics such as digital ecosystem evolution, campaign effectiveness, performance optimisation, and emerging media opportunities.
Drive data-led targeting and marketing strategies based on consumer insights, market trends, and audience segmentation across premium and mass segments.
Own strategic media prioritisation across markets, including budget allocation, media mix decisions, and evaluation of media potential across varied target groups.
Deliver strong media performance outcomes with a sharp focus on efficiency and effectiveness metrics such as ROAS, brand health indicators, and business lift measures.
Lead omnichannel planning across TV, Digital, Social, OOH, Print, Audio, and OTT platforms to ensure cohesive and impactful consumer journeys.
Collaborate with internal teams, analytics partners, and platform stakeholders to pilot new media formats, tools, and solutions.
Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making within the team.
Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality strategic outputs and capability building.
Key Skills & Expertise:
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable media strategies.
Deep understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and evolving media ecosystems.
Proven experience in omnichannel media planning and integrated communication frameworks.
Expertise in media effectiveness measurement, optimisation frameworks, and analytics-led decision-making.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience leading senior client or business conversations.
Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments while managing large budgets and multiple stakeholders.
