Role Description
1. 2+ years experience in UX/Product Design
2. Design end-to-end user journeys focused on activation, retention & conversion
3. Use behavioral thinking to reduce friction and influence user actions
4. Translate product goals into clear flows, interactions, and experiments
5. Collaborate closely with product, growth & engineering teams
6. Iterate fast using user insights, data, and testing
