Tender Executive
Location:
NSP, New Delhi (On site)

Role Overview
Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting government and private tenders, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely submissions.
& will support the sales team in solution designing, proposal creation, client presentations, and technical team co-ordination to drive deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Management
- Monitor GEM, CPPP, state portals, PSU portals, and private tender platforms
- Identify relevant IT, cybersecurity, and software development tenders
- Analyze RFP/RFQ/EOI documents and eligibility criteria
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids
Sales Support
- Understand client requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Prepare solution proposals, technical decks, and SOWs
- Participate in client meetings and technical discussions
- First Point of Contacts for clients.
- Monitor the client aquisation through the digital marketing.
Documentation & Compliance
- Compile technical documents, certifications, compliance sheets
- Coordinate with technical and finance teams for inputs
- Ensure STQC, ISO, security, and other compliance documentation
- Maintain tender documentation repository
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Cybersecurity (VAPT, SOC, Zero Trust)
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- Software Development lifecycle
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proposal writing expertise
- Ability to understand client pain points
- Technical documentation skills
Commercial & Pricing Coordination
- Assist in BOQ preparation
- Coordinate pricing inputs from finance and delivery teams
- Ensure cost competitiveness and margin compliance
Bid Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain tender pipeline tracker
- Track submission deadlines and corrigendum updates
- Post-submission follow-ups and clarifications
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of government tender processes
- Experience with GEM / CPPP portals
- Excellent documentation & proposal writing skills
- Good knowledge of IT services ( Cybersecurity, Dev Ops, Software)
- Attention to detail & deadline-oriented
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency
KPIs
- Number of tenders evaluated per month
- Bid submission accuracy rate
- Win ratio percentage
- Revenue contribution from tenders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MBA preferred)
- Experience in IT / Cybersecurity tendering preferred /Tendering / Bid managment
