Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Integration Architect to modernize and lead our enterprise integration landscape using cloud-native AWS technologies. The role will define integration strategy, guide technical teams, and deliver scalable, secure solutions across multiple business domains.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive enterprise integration strategy and modernization from legacy to cloud-native platforms.
Design reusable integration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Architect and implement scalable, secure integrations using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Event Bridge, SQS/SNS, Step Functions).
Evaluate and guide the use of integration platforms (Mule Soft, Axway, IBM App Connect, MQ, ITX, Data Stage, AWS-native tools).
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across Corporate, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Digital teams.
Mentor integration architects and engineers; ensure delivery teams follow architectural best practices.
Support platform migrations, TSA exits, and consolidation initiatives while ensuring governance, security, and data privacy compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in enterprise integration architecture, with 3+ years in a lead/principal role.
Strong hands-on AWS experience and cloud-native integration design.
Proven experience with AI technologies (Agentic AI, RAG, MCP).
Expertise in enterprise-grade integration solutions and platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and outcome-driven mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Customer-centric, empathetic, and able to influence global senior leadership.
Preferred
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/pharma).
Knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD, and IaC practices.
AWS certification (Solutions Architect – Professional) is a plus.
