Medidata Analyst (Highly Skilled in Troubleshooting & Analysis)

Experience:

Strong experience, specifically with the  Medidata Rave suite  (preferably including  back-end/DB  experience).
System Support:  Experience supporting systems and working with  ticketing systems  (e.g.,  Service Now ).
Python:
Intermediate knowledge  (for RPA support and ad-hoc scripting).
Java:
Basic knowledge  (for JAR file authentication).
Troubleshooting Analysis:
Advanced-expert skills .
SQL:
Advanced-expert skills  in querying and manipulation.
Microsoft SQL Server:
Intermediate level  in  stored procedures development .
API:
Intermediate level  with  REST web services .
Nice-to-Have

Skills:

Data Visualization:
Tableau  (intermediate level).
Statistical Programming:
SAS language  (intermediate level).
Version Control:
GIT  (intermediate level).
Atlassian Suite:
