Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead - an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment. You’ll play a key part in developing scalable, performant web applications and infrastructure powering Bright Edge’s next-generation digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of QA engineers, handling mentoring and performance management.
Oversee end-to-end QA processes for product features, emphasising manual (60%) and automation (40%) testing.
Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders, navigating complex environments with strong communication.
Drive testing strategy, tool selection, and process improvements in a fast-paced product company setting.
Requirements:
10+ years in QA, with proven leadership.
Expertise in automation tools like Selenium , Rest Assured, or Cypress; proficiency in Linux and MySQL.
Background in small/product companies preferred; open to strong profiles from large-scale environments.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
