UI​/UX Designer

We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer + Frontend Developer (Equity-Based Role)
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer  who will also act as the  sole Frontend Developer  for our product. This role is  70% UX and 30% UI + Frontend Development , with full ownership of the user experience and frontend implementation.
This is an  equity-based opportunity , ideal for someone excited to build and scale a product from the ground up in an early-stage startup environment.
What You’ll Do
UX (70%)
Lead end-to-end UX design: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes
Translate product ideas into intuitive, user-centered experiences
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on insights
Work closely with founders/product to define and refine requirements
Own UX decisions across the entire product lifecycle
UI + Frontend (30%)
Design modern, scalable UI components and design systems
Fully own frontend development and implementation
Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces using modern frameworks (React preferred)
Ensure design consistency, performance, and accessibility
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs
What We’re Looking For
Strong UX foundation with a portfolio showing UX thinking and process
Hands-on experience in frontend development (React/Next.js or similar)
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java Script

Experience with design tools like Figma or equivalent
Comfortable taking full ownership in a startup setting
Self-driven, product-minded, and collaborative
