About
The Role
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented L1 Support Engineers / Technical Support Associates to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to end-users, managing technical incidents, and ensuring swift resolution of issues related to user access, business applications, network connectivity, and end-user devices. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to grow within a structured IT support environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Entry-level experience or willingness to learn and grow in an IT support role.
Exposure to Service Desk or Technical Support environments through internships, training, or project-based work, including call-center experience.
Basic understanding of user access management concepts such as Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and permission models.
Hands-on experience or familiarity with Windows and/or Mac OS operating systems.
Knowledge of enterprise tools and applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, VPN clients, and endpoint configuration tools.
Strong willingness to learn, follow troubleshooting procedures, and develop professionally within a structured IT support environment.
This role requires physical presence on-site, with flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per operational needs.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role include:
Serve as the primary escalation point for technical incidents related to user access, applications, networks, and end-user devices.
Support and manage user permissions, group access, mailbox rights, shared folders, and related access requests efficiently and accurately.
Communicate clearly and professionally with users, providing timely updates and ensuring complete resolution of issues until ticket closure.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides to enhance team efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal IT teams to ensure seamless handover and resolution of complex issues, maintaining high service standards.
