Job Description The Service Now expert determines the best technical solutions and support to satisfy ESM(Enterprise service management) functional and business requirements. This position is responsible for
. Activation and configuration of Service Now applications to meet business needs
. Development of workflows and scripts to personalize existing Service Now applications
. Working closely with customers to research, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve their business processes
. Coach business users to create their own Services from inception to completion in order to automate and improve processes
. Assisting in the identification of best practices for development of new and existing Service Now applications
. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms
Qualifications BE, ME,
B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA,
B.Sc, MSC
