Senior Coupa Consultant – SAP Integration

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Coupa Consultant with strong SAP integration experience to lead and support end-to-end Coupa implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Coupa modules along with hands-on experience integrating Coupa with SAP (ECC / S/4

HANA).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Coupa solutions
- Configure Coupa modules such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, Invoicing, Expenses, and Contracts
- Design and manage Coupa–SAP integrations (SAP ECC / S/4

HANA)
- Work with middleware tools (CPI, PI/PO, Mule Soft, Boomi, etc.) for integrations
- Handle master data, transactional data, and financial data flows between Coupa and SAP
- Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
- Troubleshoot integration and application issues and provide production support
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams (FI, MM, SD) and business stakeholders
- Prepare functional specifications, integration documents, and solution design documents
- Mentor junior consultants and support project governance activities

Required

Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on experience in Coupa
- Experience in multiple Coupa implementations (at least 2–3 end-to-end)
- Strong knowledge of Coupa P2P and Financial modules
- Proven experience integrating Coupa with SAP ECC / S/4

HANA
- Good understanding of Procurement, Finance, and AP processes

- Experience with REST APIs, cXML, flat files, and middleware tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Coupa Certification (Implementation / Advanced)
- Experience working in global implementation projects
- Exposure to Coupa Release Management and Upgrades
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
