Key Responsibilities

Job Description –   Trainee & Graduate Entry Technical

Deliver exceptional customer experience with a results-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
Collaborate with technical teams and product specialists to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently.
Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes in a dynamic environment.
Support implementation and maintenance of Temenos banking products and related technologies.
Manage multiple client requests effectively while maintaining quality and timelines.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture.
Basic understanding of software applications; familiarity with technical troubleshooting is a plus.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, banking functions, and business processes.
Resilience under pressure and strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
