Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior SAP Consultant based in Srirangapatna. The role involves analyzing business processes and providing strategic consulting to improve efficiency using SAP solutions. The Senior SAP Consultant will manage system integration, oversee master data management, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with stakeholders to align SAP functionalities with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize SAP modules is a key part of this position.

The Senior SAP Consultant role involves the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems. You will lead a team of professionals, manage SAP-related projects, and ensure systems are optimized to meet business needs and objectives. You will work closely with other departments to align SAP solutions with business strategies.

Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA systems.
Manage and lead a team of SAP consultants and developers. Serve as the key intermediary between the vendors and a variety of internal contacts.
Ensure SAP systems are aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement SAP solutions. Assist project teams to gather requirements and translate requirements into designs that leverage existing solutions where practical.
Ability to assess change drivers, translate them into viable projects and identify threats & opportunities.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for SAP initiatives.
Develop and update test scripts/scenarios and test estimates (time, effort)
Provide technical leadership and expertise on SAP-related projects.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
Facilitate training and support for end-users.
Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP management or a similar role.
Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and upgrades.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Certifications in SAP modules or SAP project management are preferred.
