Position:  Sr.
Service Now Developer

Work Location:

Remote
- India (PST Working hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the Service Now platform.
Customize existing Service Now applications to enhance functionality and meet specific business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and other systems using APIs and web services.
Responsible for implementation/Deployment of ITOM, HAM, SAM.
Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting languages to automate processes and enhance functionality.
Conduct unit testing and support system testing to ensure developed solutions meet quality standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications and user guides.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Service Now applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience developing on the Service Now platform.

Experience with implementation/Deployment of ITOM, HAM, SAM solutions.
CIS- HAM, CIS- SAM certification required.

Experience with leading deployment solutions for HAM/SAM.
Proficiency in JavaScript and other scripting languages used in Service Now development.
Strong understanding of Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and GRC.

Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP APIs).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
