Role Overview : AI Sales Consultant (Remote) We are seeking experienced  AI Sales Consultants  to drive global adoption of Xenon Labs.ai's  Agentic AI products , including RAG, Voice AI, and SOC-focused AI solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals or independent consultants who understand  enterprise AI, security, and automation use cases , and can sell  outcome-driven AI platforms  rather than standalone tools.
You will collaborate closely with AI product, security, and delivery teams to shape solutions and close high-value enterprise AI deals.

Key Responsibilities  Identify and develop enterprise and mid-market opportunities for  Agentic AI solutions
Position Xenon Labs.ai as a  strategic AI & Security partner
Conduct discovery sessions covering  data, workflows, and security operations
Lead solution discussions, demos, and AI use-case mapping
Articulate value across  RAG, Voice AI, and SOC AI  platforms
Build and manage a strong AI-focused sales pipeline
Collaborate with AI engineering, security, and delivery teams
Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, CISOs, founders, and digital leaders
Ideal AI Sales Consultant Profile  Experience selling  AI, GenAI, SOC tools, cybersecurity AI, or automation platforms
Understanding of  enterprise data, AI adoption, and security operations
Familiarity with SOC concepts (SIEM, alerts, incidents, response workflows)
Strong relationships with enterprise buyers and decision-makers
Consultative, solution-led sales mindset
Comfortable selling  multi-product AI platforms
Entrepreneurial and self-driven approach
Engagement Model  Consultant-led,  commission / revenue-share based
