Position: Account Executive (SMB) -B2B SaaS
Role: AI-First SMB Account Executive (AI SDR Systems Owner) - Troopr Labs (Enjo AI)

Location:

India (Bangalore preferred) with US time overlap   or   Remote (US)

Experience:

3-6+ years SMB B2B SaaS closing + outbound
Type:
Quota-carrying AE (pipeline + revenue ownership)

What you'll do     Own a SMB quota (pipeline created + closed-won) for Enjo AI in the US first, then expand globally.
Build and run an AI-led outbound engine (AI SDR + automation) that sources, qualifies, and books meetings rate full sales cycle: discovery → demo → pricing → close → handoff.
Own the outbound stack & deliverability: domains/inboxes, warmup, sequencing, throttling, spam control.
Run weekly growth experiments: messaging, ICP segmentation, offers, channels, and follow-up logic to improve conversion metrics.
Instrument the funnel: lead → meeting → opp → win; maintain clean CRM and forecasting.

What you'll own (outcomes)    Consistent qualified pipeline creation and revenue attainment
Repeatable ICP + messaging + sequence playbooks
A scalable AI SDR workflow that reduces human effort per meeting/deal

Must-haves    Proven track record hitting quota in SMB SaaS sales.
Strong outbound experience (built your own pipeline).
Hands-on with modern sales tooling (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, scheduling).
AI-native seller: uses AI for research, personalization, reply handling, and follow-ups while maintaining quality.
Metrics-driven, fast executor, high ownership.

Nice-to-haves    Sold CX/support tools, automation, AI platforms, or workflow software.

Experience with no-code automation (Zapier/Make/n8n) and basic data ops (Sheets/Airtable).

Compensation   Competitive base + uncapped commission + meaningful equity (impact-based).
