IT System Administrator – Microsoft 365, Word Press & Dev Ops (WFH)

What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT System Administration with strong exposure to Microsoft 365
- Proven experience installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft 365 tenants
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows OS, and basic Linux administration
- Experience managing users, licenses, mailboxes, and security policies in M365
- Working experience in Word Press administration (site management, plugins, hosting)
- Basic to intermediate exposure to Dev Ops practices and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to independently handle IT operations in a multi-user, remote environment
Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 & IT System Administration
- Install, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint)
- Perform M365 tenant setup, user onboarding/offboarding, license assignment, and mailbox management
- Handle email migration, domain setup, and DNS configuration
- Administer Active Directory / Azure AD, user accounts, MFA, and access permissions
- Manage Group Policies, system updates, patching, and endpoint security
- Troubleshoot M365 issues (Outlook, Teams, One Drive sync, email delivery)
- Provide L2/L3 IT support for desktops, laptops, and enterprise applications
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and IT asset records
Word Press Administration
- Manage and maintain Word Press websites (themes, plugins, updates, backups)
- Troubleshoot website issues related to performance, security, and uptime
- Coordinate with developers/designers for content or feature updates
- Manage hosting environments, SSL certificates, and basic SEO hygiene
- Ensure regular backups and security hardening of Word Press installations
Dev Ops & Infrastructure Support
- Support application deployments and environments using CI/CD pipelines
- Assist in managing cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure
- Perform Linux server administration, monitoring, and basic automation
- Work with Docker containers and deployment processes
- Monitor logs, system health, backups, and incident resolution
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment stability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an IT/System Administrator
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 installation & administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Experience with Windows Server, system backups, and patch management
- Working knowledge of Word Press administration
- Basic exposure to Dev Ops tools, cloud platforms, and CI/CD
- Good communication skills and ability to support remote users
