Results:

- Get trained on every part of our data infrastructure in the first 30 days & be responsible for the day-to-day updates to the dataflows & dashboards the team requests as you learn them
- Create data reconciliation & qa methods to guarantee 99% data accuracy between 5am (data refresh with potential errors) & 7am (leadership briefs on the previous day)
- Visually map out the entire data flow of the organization to allow for fast onboarding of new data analysts
- Interview every department head together with the CEO to create a clear future state of what each leader needs to hold their team accountable and be held accountable to the right numbers.
- Build out the future state of each department (Marketing, Creative, Telemarketing, Operations, Payment Technology, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, Quality Assurance) hands-on yourself, with the support of your Data Analyst on your team

Responsibilities:

- Guarantee 99% Data accuracy within a 2-hour window every day
- Guarantee alignment between our Daily Marketing Dashboard vs Forecast Expectations vs P&L to make sure marketing, finance & operations are all basing expectations off of the same numbers & formulas (which change over time as the business evolves)
- Mentor your team of analyst(s) to increase their technical capabilities
- Mentor the leadership team & department heads on best practices for data visualization, data flow hygiene, data security, & data cost reductions
- Keep the data cost to a minimum while providing the desired data refresh speed.
- Get fully clear about the data & dashboard mockups you get from the department heads before initiating a build
- Manage the pipeline of data-project-buildouts in Click Up & provide timely updates
- Push your team to be diligent, fast & creative
- Join quarterly leadership off-site in real life, across the globe
- Report on your progress of monthly & quarterly initiatives to leadership weekly
