We are hiring on behalf of a  fast-growing software company headquartered in Riyadh , seeking a highly skilled and analytical  Data Analyst  to join their dynamic team. This is a  full-time remote role.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to optimize performance, identify trends, and help shape the company's data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product development and strategic initiatives.
Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to drive business improvements and efficiencies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and ensure reliable data flow.
Document methodologies, processes, and findings for internal use and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a software or tech company.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis languages is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
Fluency in English is required;
Arabic is an advantage.
