We are looking for a highly skilled Master Ana planner with strong experience in end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture and implementation across FP&A and Supply Chain Planning. The role involves owning solution design, optimizing planning processes, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance Anaplan models.

7+ Years of Anaplan Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture:
Lead the design and governance of complex Anaplan solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Model Design & Optimization:
Design scalable, high-performance models including Data Hubs; optimize calculations, sparsity, and overall model performance.
- Connected Planning & Integration:
Architect integrations using Cloud Works, APIs, or ETL tools to enable Connected Planning across finance and supply chain.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into robust Anaplan solutions.
- Testing, UX & Enablement:
Oversee UAT, model validation, UX dashboard design, documentation, and user enablement.
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Anaplan experience with multiple end-to-end implementations
- Certified Master Ana planner (mandatory)
- Strong experience in FP&A and Supply Chain Planning
- Expertise in Data Hub design, multi-model architecture, and Connected Planning
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Works, APIs, or ETL integrations
- Strong understanding of Anaplan best practices and DISCO methodology
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA / CA preferred)
Certification:
Master Ana planner
Technical
Skills:
Advanced Anaplan and strong Excel skills
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Client-facing and presentation experience
- Agile project exposure
- Power BI or Tableau exposure is a plus
