SAP Basis Consultant

System Monitoring & Maintenance:  Monitor the SAP system landscape daily, including background jobs, backups, and performance; utilize SAP Solution Manager for diagnostics (EWA, RCA, CCMS, CHARM, Service Desk, MOPZ).
SAP Net Weaver Administration:  Install, configure, and support ECC 6.0 EHP7, CRM 7.03, PO 7.4, MII 7.4, BI 7.4 on HPUX/Oracle. Manage STMS, client management, operation modes, system refreshes, and backup/restore.
OS & DR Management:  Resolve OS-level issues; manage semantic backup and DR setup including tape backups.
Java Stack & Middleware Technologies:  Administer Java stack systems (e.g., Enterprise Portal, MII); handle CRM middleware with BDocs; manage SAP PO interfaces (File, HTTP, SOAP, REST).
Specialized Application Integration:  Work with Stream serve, Storyteller, Design Center, Control Center; automate invoice processing and manage format handling (fieldin, xmlin, pdfin).
Mobility & UI Integration:  Utilize SAP Fiori, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, SAP UI5 for multichannel backend integration.
Security & GRC:  Administer SAP GRC Access Control 10.1 (ARM, Firefighter, ERM); manage roles/authorizations, conflict mitigation, and workflow configurations.
SAP BI/BO Reporting:  Handle BI 7.x data modeling and reporting (BEx queries), dashboarding (Xcelsius), and universe design in BOBI.
Routine Administration:  Manage SAP instances, job scheduling, system dumps, backups, spool/logs, RFCs, and OSS connections.
Transport Management & Change Control:  Oversee transport requests, landscape maintenance, support pack installation (SPAM/SAINT), SPAU/SPDD handling.
Client & User Administration:  Perform client copy/import/export; manage users, roles, profiles (PFCG), and authorization monitoring.
Database & Performance Tuning:  Tune Oracle DB performance, manage CBO stats, indexes, parameters; perform DB reorganization and system copies.
DR, Backup & Archiving:  Monitor DR replication, perform backup/restores, manage log files.
Leadership & Coordination:  Guide internal teams, coordinate with functional teams, handle escalations, and document SOPs.
Role Requirements and

Qualifications:

Proficiency in SAP Net Weaver (ABAP and Java stack)

Experience with Oracle DB (11.2.0.3) and HPUX OS
Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager tools (Diagnostics, EWA, RCA, CHARM)
Hands-on with SAP PO/PI, CRM Middleware, and Stream serve
Knowledge of SAP GRC, BI, Fiori, and SAP UI5
Familiar with transport management, job scheduling, SAP security
SAP Certification in Basis/Net Weaver/HANA preferred

Experience with IS-U Utilities module
Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
