About
The Role
We are hiring an experienced Service Now Developer to work on-site in India to design, build, and maintain Service Now solutions that improve IT service delivery and automation for large enterprise customers. The role focuses on customization, integration, and platform governance across ITSM processes.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain Service Now scoped applications, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and server-side scripts to meet business requirements.
Implement and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog) and automate workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub spokes, and MID Server connectors to sync data with third-party systems.
Manage Update Sets, application scoping, code reviews, and release deployments while ensuring platform governance and code quality.
Support CMDB population and Discovery activities, troubleshoot MID Server issues and maintain data integrity for service mapping.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and support teams to deliver production-ready solutions, provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
