Candidate should be specialized in running 24x7 Business Critical Operations for Application Support in the area of e.g. Cloud Operations, Automation, Data Analytics, Transformation, Collection & Visualization from knowledge and hands-on perspective
Key Responsibility
Lead the team for day to day operations to ensure uptime of the In-house developed hybrid cloud management platform
Interact with delivery teams for new feature testing and production deployments
Interact with internal and external customer for onbaording and troubles hotting issues
Manage 24x7 Operations team of 20+ members
Expertise in running 24x7 Support for Mission Critical Applications with zero downtime
Good Exposure on Issue Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
Technological Skill Sets
Cloud offerings of ROS, Azure, AWS, GCP,Vmware, Oracle, Nutanix
Linux and Open source application architecture and support
Log Analytics & Data Mining :
- Kafka, ELK Stack, Spark
4 Azure CI/CD and Automation using Cloud CLI tools
Great communication skills
Team Management Experience
