Job Title:
Expert Service Now Business Analyst
Location – 100% Remote in India
Willing to work US hours
Work timings: 3 pm to 12 am IST
Need Techno functional Candidates , Who have hands on experience on Service Now Platform
'Need Immediate Joiners only'
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation
Good experience in Agile.
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
Excellent communication skills
Service Now modules : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Security Operations (Any of 2 required)
Certifications :
CSA mandatory + any 1 other certification
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred.
Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PMI-ACP) is beneficial.
