We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Marketer to join our squad.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute end-to-end partnership marketing strategies aligned with GTM priorities and revenue goals.
Identify, onboard, and grow strategic technology, channel, and ecosystem partnerships.
Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded content, and integrated campaigns.
Drive multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid, and content marketing) in collaboration with partners to generate demand and pipeline.
Work closely with sales, customer success, product, and content teams to align partner messaging and enable effective follow-ups.
Track and measure partnership performance across MQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI, and CPL.
Ensure consistent brand representation across all partner-facing assets and communications.
Manage partner programs, documentation, and ongoing relationship health.

Great If You've Achieved This

Experience in B2B partnerships, alliance marketing, or channel marketing within SaaS or enterprise tech.
Hands-on experience with tools like Hub Spot and partnership or CRM platforms.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate pipeline attribution, lead quality, and partner ROI.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Comfortable adapting partnership strategies based on data, performance, and market changes.

What You Will Achieve In 90 Days

Develop a strong understanding of the GTM strategy, ICP, and existing partner ecosystem.
Audit current partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to identify quick wins.
Build strong working relationships with sales, customer success, and product teams.
Launch at least one new co-marketing or partner-led growth initiative.

What You Will Achieve In 180 Days

Scale multiple high-impact partnerships that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
Optimize partner performance metrics and regularly report insights to leadership.
Strengthen Recruiterflow's presence within key partner ecosystems.
Build repeatable partnership frameworks and playbooks to support long-term growth.
