The Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Campaign Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team at Live Connections. This pivotal role involves designing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand positioning within the competitive real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance analytics.
As a key player in our marketing department, you will collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to enhance lead quality, improve conversion rates, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Your strategic insights and innovative approach will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and establishing a strong digital presence in the real estate sector.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or advertising roles, preferably within the real estate industry. You should have a strong understanding of various digital marketing platforms and tools, including Meta (Facebook) Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing strategies.
Experience with website management, content creation, and web analytics is essential. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Sell.
Do, and Lead Squared, along with the ability to handle API integrations and troubleshoot lead flows from portals, websites, Whats App, and CRM systems, is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to real estate marketing.
Responsibilities
Design, execute, and oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, SMS, and Whats App marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and deploy performance marketing campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads for individual real estate projects.
Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies to evaluate their performance, optimize ROI, and ensure campaign effectiveness.
Plan, manage, and optimize social media platforms and content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor and control campaign budgets, validate ad spend billing, and ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.
Conduct daily monitoring of lead flow, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to meet lead generation targets.
Prepare comprehensive and accurate performance reports for all digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and Sales teams to improve lead quality, nurture prospects, and increase conversion rates.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to website traffic, campaign effectiveness, and audience engagement.
Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, particularly those impacting the real estate sector.
Brainstorm innovative growth strategies and implement new initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
Manage website content updates and develop new landing pages to support ongoing campaigns.
Ensure the successful design, execution, and optimization of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
