This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Delhi NCR. As the Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the social function for our clients across hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle sectors. You will work closely with the founder, account heads, and creative teams to build brand narratives, campaigns, and performance-led content strategies that drive real business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead full-funnel social media strategies for hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, and luxury real estate brands
- Set performance KPIs (reach, engagement rate, CTR, cost per lead, follower growth, conversions) and report on them monthly
- Build campaign frameworks including content calendars, influencer integrations, and paid media overlays
- Manage a team of content creators, designers, and community managers to deliver platform-specific output
- Oversee social shoots, mood boarding, and execution guidance with internal production/editing team
- Review analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for clients with strategic next steps
- Coordinate with design, paid media, and PR teams to align messaging across channels
- Keep pace with platform trends, features, and evolving algorithms (especially Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, and Meta Ads)
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of social media strategy experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Prior work in hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or luxury brand segments is highly preferred
- Proficient in data-led strategy development, content performance analysis, and KPI optimization
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling sensibility for high-design sectors
- Experience working on paid + organic integration strategies
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Leadership experience managing teams or freelancers
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
Performance KPIs
- Monthly engagement growth rate across platforms
- Follower quality and growth (non-drop, geo-targeted)
- Cost per lead (Meta), click-through rates (Linked In/Instagram)
- Organic content reach and saves
- Story engagement & DMs/conversions from campaigns
- Overall campaign ROI and business impact metrics
