As a Techno Commercial Lead – Security , you will blend Technical Expertise with Commercial Acumen to expand Cavitak’s Channel Network, strengthen key partnerships, and enhance the market presence of the Security Business Unit .
What you will be doing :
Drive sales and business growth for CCTV, Access Control & Integrated Security Solutions .
Develop and manage Government Sales, Channel Partners, System Integrators, and Key Accounts .
Provide Techno-Commercial Support — solution design, BOQ, and proposal presentations.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Collaborate internally for pricing, marketing, and post-sales coordination.
Achieve defined Sales, Revenue, and Profitability Targets .
Ability to build and maintain strong ties with Architects and Consultants
What we are looking for :
Qualification:
B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
Experience:
5+ years in CCTV, Access Control, or Integrated Security Solutions with a distributor, OEM, or SI.
Strong technical and commercial acumen in security systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Location :
Delhi
