Service Now Developer
Experience Required
3–5 years of relevant Service Now development experience
Education
MCA / B.E /
B.Tech (IT / Computer Science)
Operational Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and user stories
Follow project guidelines and defined ways of working
Adhere to Service Now development best practices
Perform self-testing, support UAT, and participate in code reviews
Meet timelines, quality standards, and project deliverables
Continuously upskill using organizational learning resources
Follow company policies, security, and compliance requirements
Technical Responsibilities
Configure, customize, develop, and maintain:
Forms, lists, and tables
Service Portal components
Instance-level configurations
Dashboards and reports
Workflows and Flow Designer automations
Develop and configure integrations using:
Integration Hub
Custom APIs and external system connections
Configure and develop:
Chat solutions and incident summarization features
AI Agents using Service Now AI capabilities
Implement security:
Roles, ACLs, data policies, and data masking
Perform basic instance administration activities
Troubleshoot and fix application bugs and issues
ITSM Module configuration and customization:

Service Now Technical Skills Required
Strong hands-on experience with:
Scripting & Front-End
Java Script
AngularJS
Jelly scripting
HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

CAD (Certified Application Developer)
Service Now Generative AI certification
