About the Role
We are looking for a Blockchain Developer to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on decentralized systems, smart contracts, and Web3 ecosystems.
In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.
Responsibilities
Annotate and evaluate AI-generated blockchain code, including smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and transaction logic.
Review prompts and responses related to blockchain protocols, security, and DApp development.
Assess model outputs for correctness, security, gas optimization, and protocol adherence.
Provide structured feedback to enhance AI's understanding of blockchain frameworks and cryptographic principles.
Identify inaccuracies or inefficiencies in AI-generated blockchain code and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Proficiency in Solidity , Rust , or Go , with experience in Ethereum , Polygon , Solana , or other blockchain ecosystems.
Strong understanding of smart contracts , DeFi .
Familiarity with Web
3.js , Ethers.js , or blockchain SDKs.
Understanding of cryptography , consensus algorithms , and gas optimization techniques .
Interest in building and improving AI tools for Web3 developers and blockchain innovators.

Note:
Pay will vary by project and typically is up to ₹1500 per hour. If you work an average of 3 hours every day, you could earn up to ₹90,000 per month once you clear our screening process.
