Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads Preferred)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid campaign execution, team coordination, and end-to-end performance optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about scaling Meta Ads and multi-channel paid campaigns.
Role
Summary:
The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns—primarily Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and also Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and other paid platforms . The role requires a strong ROI-driven mindset, advanced analytical skills, and proven hands-on experience in scaling paid performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads (Primary Focus)
Plan, deploy, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and remarketing.
Develop detailed audience segmentation, creative strategy, and funnel optimization.
Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements.
Multi-Channel Performance Marketing
Launch and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Linked In Ads, and Reddit Ads.
Build full-funnel paid marketing strategies across channels.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking via GA, GSC, pixel, UTM, and GTM setup.
Data & Analytics
Monitor daily budgets, bids, pacing, CPA, ROAS, and performance metrics.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and optimization plans.
Identify opportunities for scale, reduce inefficiencies, and improve cost-efficiency.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with content, design, and development teams to strengthen ad creatives and landing pages.
Collaborate with the SEO and ABM teams to align paid and organic strategy.
Recommend performance-driven improvements across campaign funnels.
Knowledge &
Experience:
3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads (must-have) with successful scaling case studies.
Skilled in Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and/or Reddit ads.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, remarketing funnels, and CRO.
Proficiency in analytics tools (GA, GTM, GSC, Ads Manager dashboards).
