Role Description
Decode Growth is looking for a  Performance Marketing Manager   who knows how to turn ad budgets into real business outcomes. This role requires strong ownership of strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting, with a clear focus on revenue, ROI, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Linked In Ads, You Tube Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Collaborate with content, design, analytics, and product teams to ensure effective campaign execution and messaging alignment.
Monitor, track, and report campaign performance, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with platform changes, emerging ad formats, and performance marketing best practices.
Track and report key performance metrics — impressions, CTR, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
Analyze campaign data to derive insights and recommend optimizations.
Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in  Performance Marketing / Paid Media
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads , Linked In Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Clear understanding of inbound and outbound marketing funnels

Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
