A growing firm operating in the Digital Marketing & Career Services sector, focused on social-first branding, candidate engagement and community growth for B2C and B2B audiences. We are hiring on-site in India for entry-level talent to join a high-energy Social Media team that runs night-shift operations—ideal for freshers who want hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and paid-social campaigns.

Role:
Social Media Executive (Night Shift) — Freshers

Role & Responsibilities

Create, edit and publish platform-optimized content (static posts, carousels, short-form video/Reels) following brand voice and campaign briefs.
Manage daily content calendar: schedule posts, tag assets, maintain version control and ensure timely delivery for night-shift windows.
Monitor and engage with community conversations across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Linked In; respond to comments and messages to boost engagement.
Support paid-social campaigns by preparing creatives, uploading assets into Facebook Ads Manager, and tracking basic ad performance metrics.
Capture and report daily/weekly performance using social media analytics; surface quick wins and flag drops in KPIs to the team lead.
Collaborate closely with designers, content writers and growth managers to iterate on creative formats and improve short-form video production.

Additional Qualifications

Willingness to work on-site in India and adapt to a 10pm–6am (or similar) shift schedule as required.
