The Opportunity
This role is a foundational digital leadership role for Xcellerate Global.
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Manager who can take ownership of our entire digital presence - website, SEO, content distribution, social media, and app visibility and turn that presence into consistent traffic, trust, and inbound leads.
This is not a role for someone who only plans campaigns or posts occasionally. You will work with existing content, tools, and support from HQ, and focus on execution, optimization, and measurable growth.

Role Responsibilities
As the Digital Marketing & Growth Manager, your primary responsibility is to generate qualified inbound student leads interested in studying abroad, while building a strong and credible digital presence for Xcellerate Global.
1. Inbound Student Lead Generation (Primary Outcome)
Own digital lead generation across website, Instagram, and Linked In.
Drive qualified inbound leads from students and parents interested in studying abroad.
Optimize lead capture through:
Website forms and landing pages
Clear CTAs across content and social
Instagram profile, links, and DMs
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand lead quality and continuously improve targeting.
Test and refine lead-generation tactics to improve both volume and quality of inquiries.
Bottom line:
More qualified student inquiries month over month.
2. Website & Platform Management (Conversion Engine)
Own and manage the Xcellerate Global website end-to-end.
Publish blogs and resource content provided by HQ.
Optimize website structure, landing pages, CTAs, and forms to improve conversion rates.
Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all pages.
Work with developers to integrate the internal student platform into the website and ensure a smooth user journey from visit inquiry platform/app.
3. App & Store Presence
Set up, launch, and manage:
Apple App Store listing, Google Play Store listing
Optimize app descriptions, keywords, visuals, and updates.
Ensure a clear and simple journey between website platform app for students.
4. Digital Presence & Social Media Growth
Manage Instagram and Linked In day-to-day.
Build a consistent, professional digital presence aligned with Xcellerate Global's brand.
Grow followers organically within the student and parent audience.
Drive traffic from social platforms back to the website and lead forms.
Handle basic engagement such as comments and inbound messages.
5. Brand Building Through Content (Digital-First)
Take one blog or core content piece and repurpose it into:, Linked In posts, Instagram posts and carousels, Short-form videos (reels/shorts)
Use AI tools (or learn quickly) to convert written content into short videos.
Maintain a consistent publishing cadence across platforms.
Focus on clarity, credibility, and trust — not gimmicks or viral-only content.
6. SEO & Traffic Growth
Conduct keyword research relevant to education and international study.
Optimize blogs and core pages for search intent.
Improve organic traffic month over month through practical SEO execution.
Coordinate basic technical SEO improvements when needed.
7. Paid Advertising (Supportive, Not Primary)
Understand how paid advertising works across Meta and Google.
Coordinate or run small paid campaigns when required.
Focus on qualified leads and ROI , not impressions or vanity metrics.
8. Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Track website traffic, SEO performance, social growth, app installs, and leads.
