We are looking for a  Performance Marketing Manager  to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. If you are passionate about growth, data, and driving measurable impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale paid marketing campaigns across platforms:
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), You Tube, etc.
Drive user acquisition for app installs, sign-ups, and course purchases while optimizing for ROI/ROAS.
Plan, execute, and manage performance campaigns – from strategy, creatives, and targeting to reporting.
Continuously experiment with new channels, creatives, and audience cohorts to drive scale efficiently.
Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing ad creatives and communication.
Leverage Tier-2 apps, OEM inventories, gaming apps, and alternate ad networks to explore cost-efficient user acquisition opportunities
Monitor daily budgets, KPIs, and pacing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

5-6 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing for consumer internet, edtech, or app-based businesses.
Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and revenue through paid media.
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, You Tube), Meta Ads, and other growth channels.
Strong understanding of attribution, app marketing metrics (CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention).

Experience with marketing analytics tools (Firebase, GA4, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and reporting skills.
Strong creative sensibility and ability to work with design/content teams for ad experiments.
Startup mindset – proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
