Skills and Experience:

Must Have
Must be able to communicate in  English
10+ years of SAP technical experience
Minimum 5 full life cycle implementations of SAP
Previous experience in leading a Development team on at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
S/4 HANA Experience and good understanding of S/4 HANA concepts and related technologies.
Solid hands-on ABAP technical knowledge
Should be aware of evolving SAP technologies and be willing to learn new Technologies as needed.
Must have led a project team of 5+ team members.
Must be good at multi-tasking
Must be able to mentor project team members, and advise on SAP best practice and standards

Nice To Have
Exposure to modern SAP Technologies like, RESTFul ABAP, Flexible Workflows, Adobe Fragmented Forms, Custom Fields and Logic etc.
Exposure to Fiori, OData technologies.

Experience with Agile methodology
Experience in Public Cloud projects
Experience in conversions and upgrades
