Job Overview
The Blockchain Trainer (Basics to Advanced) is a specialist role responsible for designing and delivering structured, hands-on blockchain education programs for learners across India. This role focuses on building strong foundational understanding and progressing learners toward advanced, production-ready blockchain development skills.
The role requires a highly knowledgeable and articulate professional capable of teaching blockchain concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. The trainer will conduct live sessions, workshops, and labs covering blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, decentralized applications, and real-world use cases.
This position demands practical teaching ability, strong communication skills, and confidence in explaining complex systems through real-world examples. The trainer will play a key role in enabling students, developers, and professionals to confidently design, build, and deploy blockchain-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design and Training Structure

• Design a complete blockchain training roadmap from beginner to advanced levels

• Develop structured lesson plans, hands-on labs, and real-world projects

• Customize content for technical and non-technical learners

• Continuously update curriculum based on evolving blockchain technologies
Training Delivery and Instruction

• Conduct live instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and labs

• Explain blockchain concepts using practical examples and analogies

• Guide learners through smart contract and decentralized application development

• Provide training materials, session recordings, and documentation
Beginner Level Training Coverage

• Blockchain history and evolution

• Centralized and decentralized systems

• Distributed ledgers and consensus mechanisms

• Cryptography fundamentals including hashing and key pairs

• Blocks, transactions, nodes, and validators

• Public and private blockchain models
Intermediate Level Training Coverage

• Blockchain platforms including Ethereum, Polygon, and Binance Smart Chain

• Overview of enterprise blockchain frameworks

• Smart contract fundamentals using Solidity

• Smart contract lifecycle and security basics
