Sharepoint Migration Business Analyst

Job Description:
1–3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in content or collaboration platform migrations (e.g., SharePoint, One Drive, Confluence).
Exposure to enterprise-scale environments or consulting/managed services is a plus.
Pre-Migration
Activities:
Inventory analysis of existing SharePoint sites and content. Assist in mapping content to target SharePoint structure.
Migration Support:
Execute migration tasks under guidance using approved tools. Validate migrated content and report discrepancies.
Post-Migration
Activities:
Support user acceptance testing (UAT). Document issues and assist in remediation.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise between business teams and technical migration team. Provide status updates and maintain migration trackers.
Documentation:
Document requirements, maintain migration trackers, etc.
