Performance Marketing Manager - E‑commerce & DTC (Apparel & Beauty)
About The Opportunity
A fast-growth player in the Apparel & Beauty consumer goods sector, focused on scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce and retail conversions across India. We run performance-led acquisition across paid social, search, programmatic, and marketplace channels to drive profitable growth for fragrance and personal-care lines. This is an on-site leadership role in India, ideal for hands-on growth marketers who deliver measurable ROAS improvements at scale.
Role & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy for web and mobile: build, launch and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, Tik Tok and programmatic channels to hit CAC and ROAS targets.
Design and execute audience segmentation, bidding, and budget allocation based on channel performance, LTV and cohort analysis.
Run structured creative and landing-page A/B tests; collaborate with creative and product teams to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Implement and maintain robust measurement and attribution (GA4, UTM, server-side where applicable); build dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance insights.
Optimize funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV) through CRO initiatives, promo strategies and personalised campaigns.
Manage agency and vendor relationships, negotiate media buys, and scale budgets while maintaining disciplined unit economics.
