SAP IS-U Developer

for our client from the energy sector we are looking for a  SAP IS-U Developer  (m/f/d)  .

tasks:
Further development and improvement of the SAP CRM and IS-U applications and interfaces based on
current technological possibilities
legal and regulatory requirements, etc.
requirements of the user departments
SLAs, KPIs, etc. to be ensured
ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)
Creating reports, classes and frameworks with ABAP
Knowledge of ABAP Objects and object-orientated programming
Development and customisation of user exits, BAdIs and enhancements
Experience in the implementation of interfaces (IDoc, RFC, BAPI)
Derivation of necessary measures to achieve the project goals
Definition and documentation of necessary adjustments, enhancements and error patterns
Deriving specific measures for dealing with error classes and/or deviating system behaviour
Designing and setting up a monitoring system including the definition of KPIs
Coordination of implementation measures to achieve the project goals (incl. professional and technical support in the SAP environment)
Creation of concepts and documentation incl. handover at the end of the project

Specialised knowledge in the SAP CRM environment
The focus is on the further development of customer-orientated business processes in SAP CRM in the area of sales and service. The further developments are based on the existing processes for needs-based processing in the energy industry context and the resulting adjustments.
This requires knowledge of ABAP/ABAP OO, SAP CRM Web UI Framework, BOL/GENIL architecture, middleware & integration and CRM customising as well as experience in interface development with IDoc, RFC, web services for connecting external systems.
Knowledge of the SAP IS-U environment is an advantage.
