Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Associate at Canary Islands Resort & Spa, located in Mawal, Lonavala. The Food and Beverage Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages to guests, assisting with meal preparation, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Collaboration with the resort team and adherence to high-quality service standards will be expected.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with guests
Basic Culinary Skills to assist in food preparation and presentation
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
Friendly demeanor, teamwork abilities, and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests
Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus
