Position Summary You will engage healthcare professionals across Etah to build trust and share clear, science-led information. You will create and deliver a focused territory plan using customer insight and local needs.

- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.

- Develop and deliver a clear territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs.

- Share accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals' decision-making.

- Record and report activity and outcomes reliably using company systems.

- Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.

Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.

- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience.

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or other local languages used in Etah.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Right to work in India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales roles.

- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals.

- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.

- Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity and set priorities.

- Fluency in additional local languages commonly used in the Etah area.
