Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Psychologist based in New Delhi. The Senior Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing therapy and counselling services, and developing treatment plans tailored to client needs. The role requires collaboration with other professionals to address mental health challenges and ensure comprehensive care. Responsibilities also include contributing to research and development initiatives within the organization's behavioural sciences vertical.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge and expertise (
10+ years of experience) required
in Psychology, Mental Health, and Psychological Assessment
Practical experience in providing Counseling and therapeutic interventions
Proficiency in handling diverse cases with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Postgraduate or doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
