Perform pre-dialysis checks including machine calibration and water treatment systems
Initiate, monitor, and terminate hemodialysis sessions as per prescribed protocol
Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after dialysis
Observe patients for complications and report abnormalities immediately
Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
Ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste
Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines and accessories
Maintain accurate dialysis treatment records and logs
Assist nephrologists and nurses during dialysis procedures
Educate patients on dialysis procedures and care guidelines
Requirements
Qualification
B.Sc./DDT
Valid registration or certification (as per local regulatory requirements)
Experience in dialysis unit or hospital setting preferred
Knowledge of dialysis machines, water treatment systems, and protocols
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
