About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong product mindset and a passion for gaming. In this role, you will own key product areas end-to-end, working closely with design, engineering, data, and business teams to build impactful features that enhance player experience and drive business outcomes.

This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, data-driven decision-making, and product execution in fast-paced consumer products.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

- Own the product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch, measurement, and continuous optimization.
- Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Translate business and user problems into clear product requirements and user stories.

User & Data-Driven Decision Making

- Deeply understand player needs, behaviors, and pain points using data, research, and insights.
- Analyze user funnels, feature adoption, and performance metrics to drive product decisions.
- Balance player experience with monetization and platform scalability.

Execution & Delivery

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic value.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations teams.
- Communicate product updates, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Act as the single point of ownership for assigned product areas.

Market & Industry Awareness

- Stay updated on gaming industry trends, competitor products, and emerging product practices.
- Apply learnings from gaming and consumer product ecosystems to improve product experience.

Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management.
- Proven experience working on consumer-facing digital products (gaming experience is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to define clear requirements and make informed trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong user-first thinking with an understanding of business objectives.
- Experience in gaming, consumer internet, fintech, or mobile-first products is a plus.
