Student Coordinator; Zealand

Position: Student Visa Coordinator (New Zealand)
Immigration Advisers New Zealand Ltd is seeking to expand its team and is currently looking for an  experienced Student Visa Coordinator  with knowledge of  New Zealand student visa processing .
This is a  remote role based in India , supporting our New Zealand office and international student recruitment operations.

Schedule:

5.5 days per week

Responsibilities
Reviewing incoming student enquiries and  screening profiles for New Zealand study eligibility
Checking basic NZ  visa readiness factors  (academic background, financial profile, English test, etc.)
Identifying  genuine and suitable leads  before passing them to the counselling team member.
Communicating with prospective students to collect  required documents and information
Maintaining organised records of enquiries and screened leads
Coordinating with the marketing team, counsellors, and applicants
Monitoring case progress and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the admissions and visa processing teams by liaising with clients.

Must Have Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline)
2–3 years of experience in overseas education or the student visa industry
Strong attention to detail and documentation review ability
Able to assess whether a student visa profile is strong or weak
Experience reviewing  bank statements and visa history
Comfortable working with  high-volume enquiries
Basic understanding of  New Zealand student visa requirements
Strong analytical and screening skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
