Position: French Instructor for TEF

As part of our continued expansion, we are growing our team to support students preparing for the  TEF (Test d'Évaluation de Français) . Franco Buddy offers a dynamic, supportive, and growth-oriented environment where both educators and learners thrive.

Role Overview  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced  French Instructor specializing in TEF preparation  to join our remote team full-time.
The selected candidate will:
Design and deliver structured, engaging lessons aligned with TEF requirements
Develop customised lesson plans based on students' proficiency levels
Provide detailed feedback and performance assessments
Track and monitor student progress systematically
Apply effective teaching methodologies tailored for exam success
Prepare students strategically for all TEF modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking)

Qualifications   Strong proficiency in  French teaching, tutoring, and instructional design
Background in Education, Teacher Training, or related field
In-depth familiarity with TEF exam format, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies
Ability to create engaging, student-focused lesson plans
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Teaching certification and/or relevant degree in French Language or Education (preferred)

Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools (asset)

Working Hours (Mandatory Availability)  We are looking for instructors who can commit to the following time slots:
Morning (IST):
4:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Evening (IST):
Anytime after 7:00 PM
