Salary:  ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on interview performance) + Incentives

Our programs are designed and delivered by  industry experts and practitioners , enabling students to gain hands-on knowledge of cutting-edge technologies such as  Generative AI tools, AI automation, prompt engineering, and AI-powered business solutions .
We are currently expanding and hiring for our  new branch in Janakpuri West, Delhi .

Key Responsibilities Student Counseling & Conversion  Counsel prospective students interested in  Generative AI and emerging AI technologies .
Explain the career opportunities in  AI, automation, and digital transformation .
Help students understand how Generative AI skills can enhance their professional growth.
Lead Calling & Follow-ups  Contact prospective students via  phone calls, Whats App, and other communication channels .
Conduct timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Program Guidance  Provide detailed information about  Generative AI programs , including:
Course curriculum
Tools and technologies covered (AI tools, automation platforms, prompt engineering)
Program duration
Fee structure
Career prospects in AI-driven roles
Admission Process Support  Guide students through the  complete admission process , from inquiry to successful enrollment.
CRM & Data Management  Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and follow-ups using  CRM systems .
Events & Student Engagement  Support  webinars, workshops, seminars, and open house sessions  to promote Generative AI programs.
Collaboration  Work closely with  marketing and academic teams  to ensure clear communication about program offerings.
Career Advisory  Understand students' educational background and career goals and recommend  suitable Generative AI learning pathways .
Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Prior experience in  education counseling, admissions, EdTech sales, or academic advising will be an added advantage
Excellent  communication and persuasion skills
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up processes effectively
Familiarity with  CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
Interest in  AI, technology, and future skills
