Hiring Entrepreneur-in-Residence (Marketing and Growth)

THE ROLE:
Entrepreneur-in-Residence (Marketing and Growth)
This is NOT a 'media buyer' or 'content executor' role.
This is a full-stack growth leadership role , responsible for:
Designing customer acquisition systems via digital marketing
Building revenue engines
Deploying targeted offers
Managing CAC and LTV
Scaling profitable funnels
You will own digital revenue generation end-to-end , using every available channel:
Meta Ads
Google/You Tube
Landing pages
Retargeting flows
Sales automation
Organic growth loops
You are judged on one KPI:
Profitable customer acquisition
Not impressions. Not likes. Not 'awareness.'
Revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO (MANDATE)
Architect Growth Systems
Design acquisition funnels from scratch
Craft lead magnets, offers, pricing tests
Engineer high-conversion landing pages
Build A/B testing frameworks
Execute & Optimize Paid + Organic Marketing
Own Meta & Google ad accounts
Manage budgets, bids, creatives, audiences
Implement CAPI, attribution, conversion tracking
Own Analytics & Economics
LTV:
CAC Analysis
Cohort retention
Funnel drop-offs
ROI tracking
Unit economics
Collaborate with Sales
Build systems that generate leads for telesales
Align offers, scripts, and funnels
Track revenue attribution by channel
Drive Growth Across the Organization
You will work with:
Automations Specialist
Social Media Team
Telesales Team
Leadership
Experiment Aggressively
Creative testing
Copy testing
Price testing
Landing page iterations
Channel diversification
Speed matters more than perfection.

WHO YOU ARE (MUST-HAVES)
You have marketing and growth experience for edtech/courses/coaching/high-ticket services
You think in funnels and digital marketing experiments
You speak the language of CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Cohorts
You can write copy that actually sells to Tier-2/3 Indian business owners
You understand consumer psychology
You don't wait for instruction — you propose, build, iterate
You are ruthless about ROI
You treat acquisition like a revenue P&L you own

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Base Salary:
50,000 – 60,000/month
Performance:
Uncapped % of net revenue generated through digital channels
Formula:
The better you perform
The more revenue you drive
The higher your incentives
