Develop structured pedagogy resources (learning outcome frameworks, lesson plans, worksheets, textbooks, assessments)
Ensure engaging, pedagogically sound content aligned with NIPUN Bharat, NCERT/SCERT frameworks, global best practices
Test and iterate prototypes in school with teachers and mentors
Own projects end-to-end from planning, tracking t execution
Manage internal teams, allocate resources, and resolve bottlenecks.
Communicate proactively with with internal and external stakeholders
Field Implementation Teacher Support
Lead on-the-ground execution, ensuring effective use of instructional materials in classrooms.
Analyse student assessment and classroom observation data design support solutions (coaching, micro-training, instructional explainers, remedial programs).
Strengthen CSF field teams through training, joint school visits, and coaching.
Required
Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate brings 6-10 years of experience in mathematics curriculum design and implementation backed by strong project, team and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Expertise Pedagogical Knowledge:
Proven Experience:
6-10 years in FLN teaching, curriculum design, and teacher training with a leading educational organization engaged in school improvement at scale
Pedagogical Knowhow:
In-depth understanding of early-grade literacy and numeracy approaches including Science of Learning, Balanced Literacy, and C-P-A Numeracy
Curriculum Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive structured pedagogy materials including curriculum sequences, lesson plans, workbooks, assessments and teacher training modules
Classroom Implementation:
Experience delivering model lessons, coaching teachers, and facilitating effective training sessions
Data-Driven Instruction:
Skill in utilizing assessment and teaching data to improve teaching practices and student outcomes
Mobility:
Willingness to travel extensively (10-12 days monthly) to state capitals and remote districts
Project People Management Skills
Project Management:
Ability to deliver complex projects under tight timelines with clear goals, effective processes, and quality outcomes
Team Leadership:
Track record managing 3-4 team members through full cycle of recruiting, training, and performance development
Stakeholder Influence:
Exceptional ability to build trust, collaborate with and influence diverse partners including government officials and technical experts
High Agency:
Ability to self-start initiatives, work around constraints, tolerate ambiguity and push work agendas forward
Bilingual Proficiency:
Strong English and Hindi communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities across multiple audiences

Passionate commitment to improving learning outcomes at scale within government education systems
